Participants 招募对象

Students between 10-13 years old from all over the world.  A total of 4 sessions will be offered, with a maximum of 30 students precession. Except Basketball Hoopster Camp 12-15 years old, maximum of 32 students and divide into four groups.

世界各地国际青少年,年龄在 10 至 13 周岁之间。每期各招募 30 人(英语篮球营要求 12-15 岁,招募 32 人,分成 4 组训练和比赛)。

Fluent in English is not requirement

具有一定英语基础

No previous robotic experience required

不需有机器人基础

Course features 课程特色

Camp 1 The 2018 VEX Robotic Challenge & Basketball Hoopster Camp.

In Robotics camp, the students will be engaged in hands-on working lab to prepare for the STEAM curriculum challenges. As for Robotic platforms, the students will be focusing on understanding of how robot functions, programming tasks, and prepare them for challenges in different types of Real World problems.

In Hoopster Camp, students will learn basic basketball rules; handling; passing; shoot; layup offense and defense techniques at the end of the camp, students will split up into 4 teams of 8 and have a tournament for fun.

第一期:2018 VEX 机器人争霸+英语篮球营

-学习机器人搭建、基础编程知识,参加机器人主题挑战赛与终极争霸赛;

-美国高中联盟球员面对面进行篮球指导训练。

Camp 2 ROBOTC for VEX IQ Robotic Programming Camp

In this robotics camp, the students will be engaged in hands-on working lab to prepare for the STEAM curriculum challenges. As for Robotic platforms, the students will be focusing on ROBOTC programming language. They will learn how to program various kind of sensors and learn to build a instructional robot to complete different kind of maze.In addition students will understanding of how robot functions,  programming tasks, and prepare them for challenges in different types of Real World problems.

第二期:卡耐基梅隆大学 ROBOC 机器人编程营

-美国卡耐基梅隆大学机器人学院认证的资深教师授课;

-与冠军面对面:VEX 机器人世锦赛冠军队伍的教练前来交流指导;

-熟悉 VEX 机器人新赛季规则、流程与比赛策略。

Camp 3 The 2018 VEX Robotic Challenge & Self-defense Training Camp 

In Robotics camp, the students will be engaged in hands-on working lab to prepare for the STEAM curriculum challenges. As for Robotic platforms, the students will be focusing on understanding of how robot functions, programming tasks, and prepare them for challenges in different types of Real World problems.

In our self-defense class, not only will your child learn self- discipline, feel more confident in themselves, and build a healthier body, but they will be able to defend themselves in potentially dangerous situations-something every parent worries about.

第三期:VEX 机器人争霸+搏击防身营

-学习机器人搭建、基础编程知识,参加机器人主题挑战赛+终极争霸赛;

-专业搏击教练双语教授搏击与防身技巧,提升安全感与自信。

Camp 4 2018-2019 Season VEX IQ Robotic Competition Training Camp

Engineering Challenge will give students a wide variety of fun and engaging science projects using Project Based Learning (PBL) and a 21st Century learning environment.This program is an introduction  to creative building and problem solving using STEAM allowing students to gain exposure of varied hand building projects with focus on the learning of physical science, mechanical design, material science, applying math for building, research, and science lab writing.  Student will be working in team settings to complete two   challenges

that requires research, engineering design process, and trial and error.

Through this course, there will be mini challenges to help students have more insight of learning the two projects-based challenge during the summer.
